IN 2020, AU DELA INSERTS ITS « PURPOSE » IN ITS LEGAL STATUS

« Give a purpose meaning to our clients’ events so that we all contribute to a long term, engaged and human resonance. »

According to the so-called French law « Pacte » which was enacted in May 2019, the « purpose » of a company corresponds to the reason why it is created.​

It determines the way the company is managed, it defines its identity and its prime vocation​

​ The AU DELA agency has taken this new law as an opportunity to reassert and clearly display its original beliefs and ethics policy. It is also a way to reinforce the positive effects towards the society, coming from both the agency itself and from each of its internal collaborator.​

​ Inserting this purpose as official in the legal status confirms the strong commitment of the agency toward its clients and the society to move forward by their side with a thoughtful and sustainable approach.​

BEING A « MISSION COMPANY », A TRUE COMMITMENT TOWARDS SOCIETY

Becoming officially a « mission company », the AU DELA agency is going even further in its commitments.​

Claiming having a mission implies defining strict objectives and therefore deploying means to initiate and reinforce a positive impact on the society.​ ​​

This approach is clearly engaging as it requires that each collaborator becomes actor of the initiated changes. To help them, an internal monitoring commitee develops tools and gives them advices and support. This way, projects are managed in respecting the involvements taken.
